The main specifications of quartz tubes produced by our company are outer diameter 3-200mm and length 1200-3000mm. We can also cut, burn, seal, bend, frost, and shape transparent quartz tubes. Strict size control can meet customers' high standards. If there are special sizes, they can be customized.

Quartz glass characteristics:

1. High temperature resistance

The hardening point temperature of quartz glass is about 1730℃. It can be used for a long time at 1100℃. The maximum short-term use temperature can reach 1450℃.

2. Corrosion resistance

Except for hydrofluoric acid, quartz glass hardly reacts chemically with other acidic substances. Its acid resistance is 30 times that of ceramics and 150 times that of stainless steel. Especially its chemical stability at low temperatures is unmatched by any other engineering materials.

3. Good thermal stability

The thermal expansion coefficient of quartz glass is extremely small and can withstand drastic temperature changes. Quartz glass will not explode even if it is heated to about 1100℃ and placed in room temperature water.

4. Good electrical insulation performance

The resistance value of quartz glass is equivalent to 10,000 times that of ordinary glass. It is an excellent electrical insulation material and has good electrical properties even at low temperatures.
